OK, fingers crossed I managed to add the image?
I am experimenting with how much bran I can add to bread.
Version 1.01 - whole wheat + 20% extra bran, plus some olives, because why not.
Next I will try 30% extra bran.
Meanwhile, today i foraged rosehips and now my hand hurts trying to cut off the not usable part. Trying to make rosehip wine. Wondering if I should add ginger to it, too.
